The Downtown Business Association of Stuart (DBA) will hold "Summer Stroll," Thursday, July 1 in Historic Downtown Stuart. Stuart Stroll happens twice a year, in the spring and at the start of the winter holidays. This year the DBA added a third stroll to give local residents an opportunity to celebrate the summer season and “Sip, Sample, Shop” at over 30 participating shops. Each merchant offers light refreshments or a small gift to participants. Guests who have their stroll map stamped at at least 12 participating merchants are entered in a drawing for a $500.00 shopping spree. To make parking easy, the City of Stuart CRA provides free transportation from Osceola, Sailfish or Kiwanis Park on the Sailfish Shuttle from 4:00-9:00 p.m. The Stroll is sponsored in part by Scripps Treasure Coast Newspapers. Tickets are limited and available at participating merchants for $10.00 in advance and $12.00 the day of the stroll.
